Baoding Xianglong's fully automatic egg white and yolk separator (egg breaker) simulates the process of breaking eggs manually. First, the eggs are conveyed to the egg-breaking workstation. Then, special blades are used to separate the eggshells, allowing the egg liquid to flow out. The egg liquid is collected on the egg liquid tray and guided through the flow channel, which transports it to the separator. The separator then separates the egg yolk and egg white, and they flow into the corresponding containers respectively.
