The planetary mixing wok adopts a one-piece formed stainless steel pot body, ensuring a smooth and flat inner surface. It uses heating methods such as steam and liquefied petroleum gas. The pot edge is spring-loaded, and the pot bottom is gravity-loaded, allowing the pot body to closely contact the mixing blades, resulting in uniform material mixing and preventing sticking. The power system combines a Japanese inorganic speed regulator with a turbine, worm gear, and reducer. The transmission part features an non-integer transmission ratio for revolution and rotation, enabling dead-angle-free stirring inside the pot. Advanced transmission and sealing connections are used to keep the transmission parts and the pot interior clean and hygienic. This mixing wok employs a hydraulic tilting arm for pot-tilting discharge, which is labor-saving, time-saving, and efficient, making it an excellent piece of equipment for the food and chemical industries.

The planetary mixing wok mainly consists of a pot body, frame, stirring system, heating system, speed-regulating transmission device, stirring shaft, and pot tilting system.

The pot body is a one-piece formed hemispherical stainless steel structure, with minimal overall roundness error. The stirrer fits closely with the pot body, effectively preventing scorching. All frame components are made of 304 stainless steel, with a polished finish.
